UpNext was founded by Ahmaad Green with a clear vision: youth sports should build better athletes - not just fill time on a schedule.
After working with athletes, coaches, and sports programs, Ahmaad saw the same problem over and over again - kids weren't developing the way they should.
TOO MANY PLAYERS WERE:
- Standing on the sidelines instead of getting reps
- Playing games without learning real skills
- Losing confidence because they weren't improving
He built UpNext to solve that.
A program where development is intentional, coaching actually teaches, and every athlete has the opportunity to grow.
UpNext isn't just about flag football. It's about building confident, disciplined, and prepared athletes who carry those traits beyond the field.
